Replace vinyl flooring

Our tenants are moving out at the end of October and we'd like to get a few jobs done during the week of 4-8 Nov. One of the jobs is replacing the vinyl flooring in the bathroom and toilet. The vinyl looks to be lifting near the bathtub (bottom edge of the photo) so we think coving might be useful in the bathroom but not needed in the toilet. The rough measurement of the floor is attached. Please provide us with a quote to remove the old vinyl flooring, and supply and install new vinyl in the bathroom (with coving) and toilet. We will also post a separate job to replace the vanity cabinet doors. Thanks, Iris
