Repair or Replace Laundry Floor

I need to replace or repair my laundry floor in my Lockwood home. The floor area isn't very big and access under the house is very accessible. the wood floor (some form of particle board, whatever is typical in an '80s) became water damaged thanks to some old dux quest plumbing (another job I need to request). I "temporarily" put in a piece of structural plywood, and now I'd like to fix it all properly.
