Vinyl layer required

We require a vinyl layer to lay commercial vinyl in a bathroom. There are 3 areas toilet,vanity,entrance area, total area all together is 7m x 5m . The work is required to be done on a weekend Saturday or Sunday, This weekend be perfect. The vinyl will be layed on top of existing floor tiles. The tiles have been painted with 2 pot non slip paint (Jontun) and are clean. Its in a commercial bathroom and due to ladies wearing stilleto shoes they are chipping the paint. So we decided vinyl on top removes this issue.
