Fix water damaged floor patches

During our installation of under-floor insulation, some water damaged particle board was discovered. The damaged areas do not exceed 1.5m2 and the worst part is under the hot water cylinder. The cylinder has leaked and the floor has partially fallen through, with the bottom of the cylinder exposed. As we are already planning renovations - we are looking to replace the cylinder with an outdoor unit anyway - so the flooring in the cupboard space needs to be replaced, as well as a patch in the laundry where some previous occupants had a leak.
