Bedroom roughly 15m2, possibly rimu floors in 1969 house. Currently carpeted. Looking for sanding, filling any nail gaps etc, then coated with water based polyurethane, possibly satin or glossy finish. Must be durable. If it looks good the rest of the house will also be done. May also have a small area by the front door treated the same way. Wanting rough idea on costs.
