Scope of Work:
Removal of existing carpet across approximately 140 square meters (inclusive of both levels).

Installation of new wooden flooring (please specify the type: e.g., engineered timber, laminate, or solid hardwood).

Base surface: Concrete base – please confirm if any leveling or underlay is needed and include in the quote.

Location: Two-storey house – please factor in any additional costs related to stair access and upper level.
