Lay floor vinyl to Kitchen (2.8x2.7m) leveling of flooring with thinline or similar and some leveling compound in tight areas required. Lay floor vinyl to Bathroom (1.7x2.9m) new floor. Also if possible carpet laying to Bedroom 2 (3.0x3.6m) & Bedroom 3 (2.4x4.0m). Vinyl, carpet & underlay supplied, finish beads etc will be required. To 1960's state house to be marketed in near future
