Sand and blond timber floors

I’m looking to get the floors sanded and then have them blonded (if possible). The rooms are: Bedroom 3m x 3.5m Lounge 3m x 6m Kitchen 3m x 2m Bathroom 3m x 1.5m Interior painting commences on Thursday. I am happy for the sanding to occur prior to painting if dust is an issue, or the whole job can be done once painting has completed. I would like the floors to be done by the 31st January if possible.
