Floor Repair - Patch Area of Rotted Tongue and Groove Flooring

Tongue and Groove Flooring has broken away in a patch of our bedroom. Would like to get the patch fixed to match the existing flooring as much as possible without having to redo the entire floor. The break is straight through the floor, pictures attached of the floor and from underneath. House is raised on pilings and access to underfloor is easily available from the garage, no crawlspaces or cramped locations.
