Floor repair and vinyl
Job description
I have a floor which is situated in a conservatory. It looks like the partial board near one end has had water condensation through it and caused it to soften. I would need some advice on what to do to remedy that then look to improve the look of the flooring with an affordable solution like vinyl. I have also a kitchen and bathroom with tiles and am just wandering wether it is worth pulling the tills up. Approx size 10x4 metres

Communication was excellent and I always new what stage we were at with the job. I did however would have liked a little more information about how the vinyl was going to be laid down. I had no idea the floor was going to be raised up. If I had known that I may have looked at the job completely different as the floor was not flush with the timber floor. The timber repair was a very good standard. But again there was still a bit of a dip in the floor after the repair was made.
