Nat was good at his job and communications. His job was finished off well and he left the place neat and clean. He was also very courteous in his communications. However, I wish he had finished the job on the day and time, he had agreed to finish it, so that the other tradesmen were not delayed by a day. Overall, he is good and needs to be a little realistic about his time frame. Thank you
