We have recently installed laminate flooring. 2 planks adjacent to a full height window/door have water damage, cause by some seepage under the sill and DPC - now fixed. The 2 planks need to be removed and we have plenty of spare replacements. There is a small length of skirting - about 1m needs replacing also.
