Remove & replace small water damaged chip board floor.

. Remove small laundry floor . Repair water damage . Replace floor and lino . I am not sure if the adjoining walls have been water damaged. . The floor is chip board and is only being held together by the lino so needs to be sorted and soon as posible. I am creating this job on behalf of my elderly mother.
