Remove and rebuild small laundry floor

I am creating this on behalf of my elderly mother. Remove small water damaged laundry floor, repair water damage and replace floor. The floor is chip board with lino. The chip board is only being held together be the line. I am not certain if further damage has occured to the ajoining walls. My mother would like 4 quotes and is expecting they will need to come to view the job.
