: Bathroom floor board beneath lino rotted removal and replaced

Edit: I think there was a miscommunication the floor needing removal and repair is the area pictured roughly 1m x 1m NOT the whole entire bathroom. I apologise if that wasn’t clear. An old toilet that had a leak and had rotted the floor beneath Lino. Floor boards to be removed and replaced (possibly with piece from pictures) plumber has been hired to replace toilet at this time we are not seeking to have Lino replaced for another couple of weeks however this small job could lead to more work as house is being fixed up for sale and will need a lot of new flooring throughout, installing bathroom vanities and showers tiling and other jobs. If you can do this at reasonable price and give me a breakdown of what materials and labour may cost as well as availability I would greatly appreciate it. If you need more pictures please ask. Please don’t bother responding if you do not want to give an estimate. The word estimate means estimate you will not be held to ransom for it. I’m a woman and I don’t know how much these things cost so help me out.
