Concrete Floor Sealing

We have a concrete floor in our landing and rumpus room. It has had carpet on it previously, though it has a very small section that has had an old lino on it previously. I need to measure the space accurately, but it's about 50 square metres. I'd like a quote on sanding and staining/sealing/polishing, something the floor! Open to ideas.
