Andy was able to start the job quickly to fit in with our deadline however left rubbish behind and did not finish the job entirely. When we contacted him to arrange a time to come back to finish the job, he advised it would be an additional charge which we had not expected. We accepted that there may have been miscommunication and agreed to negotiate, however Andy never responded to us on multiple occasions & instead sent an invoice through. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service.

"We explained to this client that they would need to fit kitchen cabinets in the same day in order to avoid extra costs this was not done!! We then sent through the invoice which they did not pay. Young owners not honest at all!! There was also extra work carried out that we did not charge for and client still wasn’t happy. Went back a second time when it clearly wasn’t quoted for. Would not do work for these people again!"
