To install 3.8m2 engineered wood flooring in laundry using a mixture of existing wood flooring which has been already laid in the hallway which needs taking up, and new unused floor boards of the same type. Kitchen floor connecting to hallway needs to be made good once hallway floor boards have been removed using metal trim.
