Remove kitchen floor tiles and lay vinyl
Job description
The kitchen tiles are cracked and need removing. Job is to remove tiles and replace with vinyl as the house moves so do not want a repeat of tiles cracking. Additionally the flooring underneath may need some work as there was a long term leak which may have caused damage. Also replacement of a skirting board left unfinished by a previous tradesman across back of kitchen bench. Area about 12m squared. Target is first week of February when house will be vacant (rental house).
