I have purchased laminate plank flooring for an approx 7x4m room. It has a small kitchenette in one corner. I am looking for a quote for the cost to install this flooring. There are skirting boards already in place, so the laminate does need undercutting to work with the skirting boards. There is also potentially a bit of prep required on the concrete (but I don't think alot). There will also be an underlay.
