refurbish two wooden bedroom floors

Sanding and then resurfacing older wide plank Rimu floors in two medium sized bedrooms plus one small area adjacent to the kitchen. ( 3mx1m approx) Wood in good condition floors have been stained unevenly and have had carpet on top of them for a long while. Rooms are vacant, cleared of all nails staples and etc ... and work can be done immediately. Will make sure available at any time for this work - after hours and weekends also perfectly acceptable. immediate payment at time of completion.
