fix vinyl and carpet

Need vinyl patched in hallway and around a newly installed bath and shower installed in bathroom. Also need some carpet cut and refixed were wardrobe doors went into two bedrooms Can be done anytime from now, the sooner the better. If a tradie is skilled in both would be ideal as the carpet is a small job, the bigger job is the vinyl.
