Outdoor Furniture and Cedar Windows to be Sanded and Coated

I have a large outdoor furniture set made in Kwila or similar that needs some sanding and restaining with 2 coats of Stain, i normally do it myself but dont have time this year. Along with this we have a large Deck that needs another coat or 2 of stain. I also have a house with Stained Cedar Windows that needs some maintainence. Looking for someone that has some experince with Timber and loves this type of job and charges a reasonable rate. Maybe a total of 3 - 4 days work.
