updating kitchen

I am having a new kitchen fitted and have removed old lino which has exposed timber flooring in great condition. The house was built in 1969. I would like the floor sanded and polyurethane applied. Most of the existing cabinetry will be removed and all the appliances. The area is approximately 10 square metres. The job will need to be carried out between the removal of the existing cabinetry and the fitting of the new cupboards.
