Sand and stain wood floors

Looking for someone to come and sand and restain our hardwood flooring, and if possible to also strip and sand the skirting. Floor space of the first room we want done is about 20m2 and of the second room is about 12m2. Looking for someone ASAP. Most stuff has already been removed from both rooms.
