Sand and stain hardwood flooring
Job description
Looking for someone to come and sand and restain our hardwood flooring, and if possible to also strip and sand the skirting. This room is the main space we want done but there may be a second room depending on price. Floor space of the main room we want done is about 20m2 and of the second room is about 12m2. Currently has some stain drops, unevenness and child's nail polish foot prints on it. Time frame: within next few months
