Laying vinyl planking 48m2

Hello, We need to lay approx 48m2 of vinyl planks (not click planks) in our kitchen, hallway, laundry and w/c. We will pull up all the existing flooring which will be all concrete underneath. It may need a grind and plaster in some places where old sheet vinyl was. I would appreciate a quote for laying per m2. Thank you.
