We require floors to be sanded and stained. Rimu floor boards, stained a few years ago, needs a new coat and some touch ups. We will need this done once painters have finished with painting (approx. 2 weeks time). House is approx 90-100 SQM; 3 bedrooms; all rooms except bathroom, toilet.
