Wooden kitchen floor sand and varnish
Job description
Floor needs to be finished sanding and varnished. Need to match to the other floors around it. Would like to get it done around the second week in August after building work completed in kitchen. Approximate floor area is 3.6m x 4.3m. We can do the first rough sand and cover nail holes with wood filler if that helps.

Excellent job all round. Good communication - was flexible when we had to change the job date at short notice. Did a good job on the floor as well. Is an old house and wasn't a straight forward job.
