Cork tile refinishing

I have a large area of cork tiles and would like the crack repaired, all the tiles sanded and re polyurethaned, The crack is 2.4 m long. The area is: conservatory 3.2m x 3.5 m, Utilities space 2.6m x 1.6 m, Kitchen 2.4 m x 2.9 m Dining 3.7 m x 2.8 m, Entrance area 2.4 m x 1.6 m, toilet 2.0 m x 0.8 m, hall 2.1 m x 1.5 m, bathroom 2.6 m x 1.7 m . Below is a photo of the crack. I am looking for quotes as I have no idea how much this work would cost.
