Cut and measure remainder roll of vinyl

Have a roll of vinyl in warehouse. 2m wide and either 7m or 13m long. Job is : cut 2mx2m vinyl off to be sent to client. Measure remainder of vinyl and record length. Vinyl needs to be kept clean. It is double sided so both sides must be protected - Plastic sheeting provided. Looking for a job price before confirmation .
