Shaun from CZT Contractors has completed the repairs in my wash house, with only the final coat of paint to be done. It is great that CZT provide all the trade services building, painting, vinyl laying as it saved me the stress of finding people to do these different jobs. CZT will be doing my bathroom rejuvenation in approximately 2weeks. Before and after photos are below.
