Nice guy but terrible communicator! Finished the majority of the job on the agreed day; said he would return the following day and didn't... didn't contact me until I sent a blunt message; said he got busy on another job, that he would come the next day then text an hour after he was meant to be here and said he had forgotten the part at home so couldn't come that day either. Finally came to finish the job after I made a complaint to Builders Crack who emailed him. Won't ever use again!

"Yes, unfortunately i didnt make back the 2 days i had set to complete. This is regrettable and stressful when having other commitments And not something I like to happen with any client or job. When i mentioned the floor needed floor prep, i was told they couldn't afford to get it done so i done it any way for free. At the end of the it had come to my attention two door way bars were needed so i said i would supply and install for free. Which was complete a few days after the original posted job"
