Looking for a skilled floor fixer or carpenter to complete three related jobs in one visit:

**1. Floor transition – tiles to timber (2 locations)**
The existing transition strip between large-format grey tiles and original timber floorboards needs to be replaced or reinstalled. The floors are uneven so the transition needs to be beveled/ramped to eliminate the gap and create a smooth, safe join between the two floor types.

**2. Front door stoop repair**
The front door threshold/stoop has a gap that needs to be repaired or replaced so the door meets Healthy Homes draught-stopping compliance standards.

**3. Corner skirting**
Install skirting at the corner where the timber floor meets the tiled area to give a clean, finished look.

Photos available on request. All work is indoors except the front door stoop. Please provide a quote covering all three jobs. Preference for someone who can complete all in a single visit.
