First home needs a wee makeover help

Just bought our first home it’s was built in --- ! It needs a bit of work and on a very tight budget. I need someone to help us rip up carpet, sand the hardwood floors and stain /polyurethane them. I might also have some other bits and pieces I will need help with!? settlement not until the end of May hoping for earlier
