Relaying the kitchen/diningroom flooring

I need 2 quotes: to install vinyl or laminate flooring in the kitchen/dining room area in the house we are in the process of buying. It is roughly 20 square meters and will require a waterproof/ insulation layer to be installed as well. I suspect you would need to use a 3m roll to minimise edges. I will include the original plan with measurements in feet and inches and the rough plan that the estate agents had drawn up for reference. We are wanting to use vinyl that looks like a wood finish or bamboo - however, we are concerned about whether the floor would be level enough for the bamboo.
