Kitchen/family room and entrance wooden floor regeneration #2

Our timber flooring is in bad condition and we would like to know if it's possible to give it a new life. We understand that it won't look as new but if it could be sanded, finished around rough edges and gaps filled that's what we need. It's a floating floor and kitchen cabinets are sitting on top of it so this would need to be addressed as well. The area is 36m2 kitchen/family room ( including space under cabinets) and 7m2 entrance. Can you please quote the entrance separately as we're considering tiles as an option?
