Pricing for Wooden Floor - light sand and resealing

We are looking for approximate pricing to have the wooden floors of our house lightly sanded and recoated as they are showing some wear and tear. The floor areas are: Kitchen/Dining (green shading on floor plan) = 27m2. Front Hall (red shading on floor plan) = 4m2. Main entrance (yellow shading on floor plan) = 3.5m2. Floor plan and photos of some areas of the floor attached. We would need this work to be done around the 8th or 9th of February. Thanks!
