Replacing a piece of missing vinyl

We are having a new toilet put into our bathroom. There is a piece cut out of the existing vinyl floor where the old toilet was placed. The new toilet does not cover the gap. This is a small but fiddle job. We have an extra piece of the same vinyl but need it put in so hopefully it will not be noticed and it will cope with cleaning around the new toilet’s base.
