Flooring redoing

It is a particle board flooring with a lookwood style house. Because of the leakage from the dux quest pipe the floor is damaged, it is flaky or can say wheatbix. The plumber will replace the all the pipes and re-do the plumbing but at the same time I want to get the floor of the damaged section to be replaced as well. The pictures show s the part to be replaced.(Kitchen and Bathroom) Can you please cost me how much it will cost and to replace with particle board and with timbre(including material cost)
