Matai floors - sand only

We have 3 bedrooms, landing and 8 stairs which we need sanded in approx 1.5-2 weeks. We will be staining/painting them ourselves with a rustic whitewash style and so we are not worried about a perfect finish. A sand-only-quote is required. Nails, staples etc have been removed (with the odd broken off one!) Dimensions: Master bedroom: 3.5 x 4.3m plus two wardrobes bedroom: 2.6 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe bedroom: 2.75 x 3.5m plus Single wardrobe Stairs: landing 1.5 x 2m. Plus 8 stairs with nosing
