Conservatory floor repair

What are we asking for? We would like a reasonable quote to repair and/or replace our rotten wooden subfloor in our conservatory to make it less susceptible to rot. We also want the replace the cracked tiles in this area with a more suitably robust floor covering to handle the extreme temperature variation in the conservatory. How the job came about? Due to a couple of large storms where there was large rainfall, water has entered the glass conservatory resulting in the wooden subfloor of the conservatory becoming wet and now rotten. There are also several tiles that have cracked due to the big difference in temperatures - cold and very hot - within the conservatory. Thanks
