Lay new vinyl tiles and grout strips in three rooms, total approx 30m2 (kitchen, bathroom and laundry). Rooms will be pre-prepped and ready to lay tiles. We have the tiles and adhesive already.

Rod was helpful and friendly, his rates were very reasonable, he completed the job in the time agreed and the quality of his work is extremely good. We are delighted with our new floors and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs flooring installed :)
