Relay vinyl in unit

We are selling our property and the 2 bedroom unit we have attached needs the vinyl replacing (or installed over the top) of the existing vinyl in the kitchen. The bathroom currently has carpet and we will remove the carpet and have vinyl installed. We would like to keep this cost to a minimum as it is to tidy up the unit to make it appealing to potential buyers
