Floor substrate replacement

Approximately 15-20sqm of particle flooring to be removed due to water damage and replace with ply flooring. This is half of a lounge area and the complete kitchen floor area. The kitchen will be removed before building work commences by the owner, to make the restatement of the new floor as straight forward as possible. - Time frame for job open - Flooring to be replaced in a NZ code compliant manner and as per manufactures requirements for the selected flooring substrate product.
