Replace my rotten floors!

Rotten floors (particle board) in both toilet and laundry need to be replaced. Currently a piece of plywood has been nailed down in the laundry to make it safe to walk in there. Potentially the toilet and the laundry tub will need to be removed and then reinstated. The toilet and laundry are next to each other. Once the floors have been replaced some vinyl flooring will need to be laid over the particle board. (If more suitable the vinyl installation could be done by the company the vinyl is purchased from).

A couple of issues arose during the job that took some time to be resolved causing some frustration for both parties. However I was very happy with the contracted job and am extremely satisfied with my new laundry and toilet floor.
