Floor

Previously the laundry, bathroom and toilet had flooded. I have had a vinyl and carpet layer also a plumber to provide a quote to fix plumbing and redo floor covering however both had informed me the floor needs to be looked at by a builder may need to replace. Laundry floor is tiled but not adhered to and there is a big hole in the laundry floor. Toilet floor tiles & toilet is not adhered to floor. Separate shower in Bathroom wood surround is rotten. Really need this job done ASAP as the property is going on the market.
