New vinyl 16 m² plus floor prep

Hi, New vinyl 16 m² plus floor prep 329 Cambridge Rd, we are wanting to put new lino down in the laundry approximately 16 m² with some steps. The floor is not flat so will need some prep. Would really appreciate if you could come out and have a look at the job let us know what you think and any ideas, and a price to get the job finished. Thanks
