Laundry and Toilet Laminate Flooring

We are looking to get a wooden laminate floor put into the laundry and toilet, which currently has vinyl installed. The approximate measurements are included in the photos but roughly a 3.4m x 1.4m area with 1.5m x .6m which has cupboards already installed. In the toilet there is a sink cabinet that we will be replacing so the cabinet will need to come out for the laminate to be laid.
