Hi, looking for someone who is able to come out and quote for sanding and polishing floors in a lounge, kitchen, hallway, toilet and laundry. Are you free today as I will be onsite and able to show you the areas?

To give them credit, they fixed the mistakes they made by bringing in an outside contractor to repair the floors but what were initially virgin floors ended up having three deep sands to remove groves made by the initial sander. What should have been a three day job, took over three weeks. Communication was not great. They were good guys but their employees were not and lack of timeliness left us out of pocket.
